Nairobi in Kenya, on behalf of Gabrielle Emmanuelle Giraso Muhire (minor), formerly known as Gabrielle Emmanuelle Giraso, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Gabrielle Emmanuelle Giraso, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gabrielle Emmanuelle Giraso Muhire, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Gabrielle Emmanuelle Giraso Muhire only.
