WHEREAS David Kariuki Kabiti (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.36 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngariama/Merichi/I 050, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court at Giehugu in succession cause no. 14 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Margaret Wangui Kariuki (ID/23769789), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Margaret Wangui Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Kariuki Kabiti (deceased), shall be deemed to he cancelled and of no effect.
