Ngong/Ngong/34546 and 34547, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open new land registers, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
