WHEREAS Edith Wairimu Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 302, Mweiga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block 11/496, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register (green card), provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
