TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2021 By Farzana Noormohamed Pirmohamed, of P.O. Box 12060– 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Shaban Osman and Associates, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will of Mohamed Zabar Haniff alias Muslim Mohamed Zabar, late of Nairobi, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital, Nairobi in Kenya, on 15th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
