TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2021 By (1) Moses Otieno Nyambogi and (2) Peter Onyango Nyabogi, both of P.O. Box 88, Sindo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seremia Nyabogi alias Seremia Nyambogi, who died on 26th January, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
