TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 173 OF 2021 By (1) Muasya Valusi, (2) Michael Muoki Valusi and (3) Marieta Mwikali M’Ithiaji, all of P.O. Box 550, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Mukami, who died at Sengani, Machakos, on 11th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2021 By (1) Alice Mumbua Jim and (2) Bonface Kiveke Mbithi, both of P.O. Box 69–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithi Kiveke, late of Sengani, who died at Kikaatini, Sengani, on 1st June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2021 By Peter Sila Mwaka, of P.O. Box 499, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaka Ndambo, late of Kwangii, Machakos, who died there on 5th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
