TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2021 By (1) Mueke John and (2) Albert Munyao Kioko, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kioko Ngao, who died at Mulingana Sub-location, on 19th April, 2021. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
