TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2020 By Loyce Nyangasi Ombigo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ombigo Mwanda alias Patrick Ombigo Mnanda, who died at Umadhi, Karateng Sub-location, on 15th March, 1980. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2021 By (1) Clement John Agwenge, (2) Alexander Oguso Nyawara and (3) Anne Njeri Nyawara, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliakim Arthur Nyawara, who died at East Karateng, on 5th July, 2016. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2021 By Thomas Odhiambo Oburu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Achieng Oburu, who died at Masaba Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2021 By Paul Jakoyo Ogola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogola Jakoyo, who died at Singa, on 1st February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
