Box 23–90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Mwakavi Kiusya, who died at Kibwezi, on 27th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2021 By Reuben Mutuku Kitivo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kitivo Kithongo, who died at Ngandani, on 8th May, 2011. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2021 By (1) Annah Joel Musele and (2) Andrew Mumbe Kimuli, both of P.O. Box 112–00204, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kimuli Musele, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
