TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2020 By Paul Nyaga Karuri, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Nyaga Karuri, who died at Nthagaiya Location, on 7th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2021 By (1) Lawrence Morris Njue Gachovia and (2) Josephine Njua Njue, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Gachovia, late of Embu, who died at Runyenjes East Location, on 29th January, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
