E2 OF 2020 By Florence Zawadi Gwiyo, the deceased’s Widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Komora Gwiyo, who died at Mombasa location, on 9th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2020 By (1) Kahindi Changawa, (2) Emmanuel Changawa Kombe and (3) Danson Changawa Kombe, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changawa Kombe Nzai, who died on 21st March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2021 By Jamanda Yaa Kithi, the deceased’s brother for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chengo Yaa Mkwavi alias Chengo Yaa Kithi, who died on 3rd December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2021 By Kadzo Kiponda Chome, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Kitsao Ngandu, who died on 21st April, 2020.
