TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2021 By (1) Telesia Nzakwa Vavu, (2) Daniel Nzioki Vavu and (3) James Muola Vavu, all of P.O. Box 29–90305, Kilala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Germanus Vavu Muola, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya, on 6th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
