TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 2nd July, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 184 OF 2018 By Joseph Kamau Waithira, of P.O. Box 69756–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceaseds stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Rupia Macharia, who died at Ekalakala, on 3rd June, 2015. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2020 By Joseph Mwinzi Thuu, of P.O. Box 267, Kitulu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Thuu Nzioka alias Thuu Nzioka, who died at Kipandini, on 24th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
