Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiminza Peter Ndunda alias Willie Peter Kitokwe, who died at Kitui, on 3rd August, 1974. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2021 By Peter Munyao Mutua, of P.O. Box 1, Ikutha in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiema Mutua, who died at Kitui, on 12th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E242 OF 2021 By (1) Beatrice Vivi Mwangangi, (2) Lydia Muthanga Mwangangi and (3) Diana Mwangangi, all of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangangi Ivuti alias David Ivuti, who died at Kitui, on 15th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
