Box 93, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Wangui Mariga, who died at St. Joseph R. V. Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2021 By John Mariga Nganga, of P.O. Box 93, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Nganga Mariga, who died at Karati, on 10th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2021 By Abigael Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 40668, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Mwangi Kiritu, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
