TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 245 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Waithira Mwangi and (2) Eunice Wambui Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 1759–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Karongie Mwangi alias Njoroge Karugii Mwangi, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 31st May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2021 By Margaret Njeri Kamau, of P.O. Box 69, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kamau Mundia, who died at Maundu ni Meri, on 17th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
