TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2021 By (1) Alfred Waweru Ngure and (2) Gibson Gituto Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 571–01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Muthoni Gituto, late of Muranga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2021 By (1) Rahab Wambui Wathina and (2) John Mukono Wathina, both of P.O. Box 186–00600, Ruiru in Kenya, through Messrs. P. N. Khisa & Co., advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wathina Mukono alias Samuel Waithina Mukono, late of Kiuu, Thika, who died there on 5th December, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
