TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 686 OF 2019 By Michael Ouma Adongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamlus Adongo Gumba, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. 337 OF 2020 By Clarius Aruwa Osele, of P.O. Box 5, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Osele Ndede, who died on 21st July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E300 OF 2021 By Eric Opiyo Otiende, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leo Otiende Ombudo alias Lewo Otiende Ombudo, who died on 16th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
