TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2021 By (1) Nancy Atieno Odhiambo and (2) Pamela Apiyo, both of P.O. Box 83, Mutumbu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Odhiambo Sewe who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E318 OF 2021 By Ngudi Okore, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kidiga Okore, who died at Nyalunya Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
