TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E366 OF 2021 By Mary Wangui Mwihaki, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mbugua Kahehu, who died at Subukia, on 19th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E367 OF 2021 By Paulina Wanjiku Nganga, of P.O. Box 25, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Nganga Kimani, who died at Nyamamithi, on 15th October, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
