TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 200 OF 2021 By (1) Halima Rashid Ali and (2) Khalid Temo Rashid, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rashid Alii Rua, who died at Mtepeni, Kidutani, on 8th May, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
