Ngaru, who died at Mugumoini, on 21st August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2021 By (1) Lucy Waruinu Maina, of P.O. Box 1302–0618, Ruaraka in Kenya, and (2) Ian Njoroge Maina, of P.O. Box 808, Park Avenue SE, Smyrna, Georgia, 30080, USA, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keziah Wambui Maina alias Kezia Wambui Maina, who died at Kambwe, on 27th October, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
