TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E145 oF 2020 By (1) Francis Owino Okech and (2) Grevas Ochieng Okech, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Osore, who died at Kingandole Sub-location, on 31st July, 1997. CAUSE No. E185 OF 2020 By Chrispinus Ouma Kulundu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Obanda Raidi alias Mariko Kulundu, who died at Nambale Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
