TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E48 OF 2021 By Bernard Nzingilo Komu, of P.O. Box 21-90402, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chistopher Mwalimu Komu alias Christopher Mwalimu Komu, who died at Migwani Sub-location, on 19th September, 2019. CAUSE No. E62 OF 2021 By Kandazi Malonza, of P.O. Box 505-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malonza Ngeti Mutua, who died at Munyuni, on I 1 th July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
