TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.19 OF 2020 By Ayub Oginga Onyango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Onynago Bodo, who died on 27th November, 1994. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2021 By ( I ) Berner A. Owiti and (2) Siprose Anyango Owiti, both of P.O. Box 187, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a giant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Owiti Okumu, who died at Muhoroni Location, on 4th July, 2018. CAUSE No. 5 or 2021 By ( I ) Elizabeth Adhiambo Onyango and (2) Miriam Ogola Osowo Onyango, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Onyango Ojengu, who died on 4th August, 2020. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2021 By (1) John Langat Kipkorir, (2) Victor Langat i and (3) Rodah Chechirchir Tonu, all of P.O. Box 91, Fort-Ternan in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiplangat A. Birir alias William Kiplangat Birir, who died at Fort-Tetuan Location, on 8th March, 2020. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2021 By ( I) Rose Adhiambo Minda and (2) David Otieno Otieno, both of P.O. Box 250, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Ouma Sota, who died at Lower Tamu Location, on 21st July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
