TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 329 OF 2020 By (1) Jeremiah Odenya Nyawara and (2) Moses Omondi Nyawara, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shem Nyawara Saoke, who died on 17th December. 2007. By (1) Lucy J. Rotich and (2) Dorcas Jepsongol Kiptui, both of P.O. Box 272-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiptui Rotich, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
