TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 36 OF 2020 By Isaac Mutiso Kanyiri, of P.O. of 7453-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Mwikali Mutiso, who died at Kithyoko Location, on 24th February, 2013. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2020 By (1) Charles Kyalo Mutua and (2) Paul Mumo Mutua, both of P.O. Box 1-90104, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mutua Nzika, who died at Ekalakala, on 10th March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
