Box 116-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Nairobi M'Irianki alias Nairobi Irianki, late of Ntharene, who died there on 1st December, 1998. CAUSE No. E65 OF 2021 By Miriti M'Rutere, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rutere s/o Nkanata alias M'Rutere M'Nkanata, who died at Kibirichia, on 4th April, 1989. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2021 By Abraham Mwenda Julius, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Munyugi Manoah M'Itinyai alias Julius Munyugi alias Julius Munyugi Manoah alias Julius Munyugi Mahoah Itinyai alias Julius Munyugi s/o Manoah, iate of Upper Chore, who died there on 18th July, 2008. CAUSE No. 112 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Tirindi Albert and (2) Annah Igoki Francis, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogori Rimbere alias Mbogori sto Rimbere, late of Nkubu, who died there on 17th May, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
