TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 222 Of 2021 By Joice Agola Aloo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate to the estate of Andrew Aloo Otiu, who died at Nyalgunga Sub-location, on 8th August, 1998. CAUSE No. 252 OF 2021 By Eunice Atieno Odiado, of P.O. Box 128, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odiado Nyawaka alias Andrew Odiado Nyawaga, who died at Komenya Kalaka, on 20th August, 2008. CAUSE No. 253 OF 2021 By Maurice Omondi Ohudu, of P.O. Box 5, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate to the estate of Charles Ohudu Olila alias Charles Ohudu, who died at Gombe, on 1st May, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
