TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 108 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Nyamwitha Kimiri, (2) Kenneth Kuria Kimiri and (3) Kelvin Waichua Kimiri, all of P.O. Box 113, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimiri Kuria, who died on 20th April, 2019. CAUSE No. 111 OF 2021 By Josephine Wangari Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 639, Uthiru in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Waithira Kinyanjui alias Grace Kinyanjui, who died on 19th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2021 By (1) Humphery Samuel Njuguna and (2) Grace Wanjiku Ngigi, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ngigi Njuguna, who died at Kikuyu Nursing Home, on 5th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
