TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2019 By (1) Arnold Mitsanze Kombo and (2) Mary Chari Mukare, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seth Kombo Thoya alias Seth Kombo Toya, who died on 24th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
