TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE No. E80 of 2020
By Susan Wambui Gicheru, of P.O. Box 48495-00100, Nairobi in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Joseph Gicheru Waikwa, who died at Mutati, on 29th June, 2020.
CAUSE No. MC 188 OF 2020
By (1) Ndung'u Kariuki and (2) Francis Muthuyu Munyare, both
of P.O. Box 3, Gatukuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Munyare, who died at
Gatukuyu, on 26th July, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
