Box 31105-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gaitho Waitherero, late of Kiambu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2003. Box 126, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngugi Mwathe, late of Murengeti, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 1997. CAUSE No. 323 OF 2021 By (1) Michael Wahiu Gitemenge and (2) Peter Ngugi Githembe, both of P.O. Box 950-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Wambui Githembe, late of Kiambu, who died at Ikinu, Ngewa, Githunguri, on 21st May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
