TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E64 OF 2021 By (1) Prisca Obware Owuor and (2) Jane Achieng Odiko, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Lazaro Owuor, who died at Koluwa Sub-location, on 28th November, 2007. CAUSE No. F431 oF 2021 By Aggrey Onyango Ouko, of P.O. Box 18, Miwani in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonfas Magwar Ngili, who died at Obumba Sub-location, on 21st November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
