TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E 10 OF 2021 By (1) Hellen Temko Chechu and (2) Titus Barasa, both of P.O. Box 30, Cheptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Richard Juma alias Richard Sigowo Chepkesei and (2) Hudson Chechu alias Hudson Chechu, who died at Chepkube and District Hospital, Webuye in Kenya, on 21st June, 2015 and 11th December, 1979, respectively. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
