Box 99, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nyaira, who died at Mabera Sub-location, on 24th July, 1999. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2021 By Chacha Samini Wambura, of P.O. Box 1, Ikerege in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Samini Wambura alias Charles Simini Wambura, who died at Ikerege Sub-location, on 23rd January, 1997. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2021 By Alice Magaiwa, of P.O. Box 99, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maroa Mwita Nyamburi, who died at Mabera Sub-location, on 5th October, 1990. CAUSE No. E33 OF 2021 By (1) Nyahiri Tuuga Samwel and (2) Benson Gisiri Chacha, both of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waingari Chacha Matiko alias Waingari Chacha, who died at Masangora Sub-location, on 12th September, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
