TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E57 OF 2020 By Samson Ojwang Adongo, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Olang Oindo alias Olang Oindo, who died at Ojola, Kisumu, on 20th June, 1986. CAUSE No. E45 OF 2021 By Reuben Ondieki Nyangwai, of P.O. Box 121, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanguaya Ondiek alias Nyangweye Ondiek. CAUSE No. E49 OF 2021 By (1) Conseleta Awuor Oswe, (2) Conseleta Aoko Oswe and (3) Margaret Akinyi Okeyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Oswe Akuku alias Vitalice Oswe, who died at Marera Sub-location, on 4th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
