TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 374 OF 2020 By George Otieno Osonga, of P.O. Box 124, Kombewa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Osonga Ogola alias Saka Osonga, who died on 4th August, 2012. CAUSE No. E149 OF 2021 By Dolrosa Ayieye Ogongo, of P.O. Box 72, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aleius Rafwaya Akoyo alias Rafwaya Akoyo, who died on 10th June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
