TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 151 OF 2017 By Hadley Kenyani Shiveye, the deceased's beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siedehe Chiemboso alias Abraham Sieveye Chumbose, who died at Lusengeli, on 23rd November, 1995. CAUSE No. 182 OF 2020 By Ketrayi Andisi Daniel Akombo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Akombo Mutumila alias Daniel Mutumila A., who died at Luanda Township Location, on 1st May, 2018. CAUSE No. 188 OF 2020 By Laban Givondo Feza, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Okang'a Atsibilwa, who died at Emusutswi Sub-location, on 24th September, 2012. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2021 By (1) Enna Karegi Musera and (2) Charles Chore Muyoma, the deceased's daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Muyoma Angose alias Daniel Muyoma, who died at Munoywa, on 11th August, 1985. CAUSE No. 141 OF 2021 By (1) Rastus Esiguri Badokufa and (2) Kennedy Esiguri Badokufa, both of P.O. Box 31337-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rabman Akwanyi Esiguri, who died at District Hospital, Vihiga in Kenya, on 28th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
