CAUSE No. 75 OF 2021 By Julius Mungania M'Thanyaku, of P.O. Box 10, Muthara in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Thanyaku M'Igweta Rimunyi alias Thanyaku Igweta, late of Meru, who died at Muthara, on 15th April, 1985.
