CAUSE No. E116 0F2021 By Ireri Mundumunyiri, of P.O. Box 108, Ishiara, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njamweya Ciakuthu alias Njamuya Chiekuthu, who died at Ngura Sub-location, on 26th February, 1994. CAUSE No. 117 OF 2021 By (1) Albert Nyaga Njuki and (2) Njeru Njuki, both of P.O. Box 87, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuki M'Kuona alias Njuki Muturi alias Njuki Murwakuona, who died at Muchonoke Sub- location, on 7th October, 2018. CAUSE No. 118 OF 2021 By Njeru Petro, of P.O. Box 84, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Nyaga Petro alias Nyagl Buture alias Nyaga Buturo, who died at Kamumu Sub-location, on 18th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
