CAUSE No. 175 OF 2021 By Florence Awuor Ogudo, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Opwapo Ndegu alias Opwapo Ndegu, who died at Kobita, Homa Bay, on 4th November, 1993. CAUSE No. E242 OF 2021 By Pelesia Ogoria Suji, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Oum Ochieng, who died on 4th August, 2000.
