TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E68 OF 2021 By Esther Wangui Kaman, of P.O. Box 216, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kibirio Kamau, who died on 7th December, 2018. CAUSE No. E81 OF 2021 By (I) Cecilia Wanjiku Gitau, (2) John Kimani Gitau, (3) Esther Wambui Irungu and (4) David Kio Gitau, all of P.O. Box 216, Nyakio in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gitau Kimani alias George Gitau, who died on 13th September, 2019. CAUSE No. E90 OF 2021 By Gerald Mwangi Gathemia, of P.O. Box 14, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Gathemia Macharia, who died on 22nd April, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
