Box 228-10200, Murang'a in Kenya, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benina Nyarua Gitlfinji, who died at Iruri Sub- location, on 26th August, 2019. CAUSE No. E172 OF 2021 By Genson Mwangi Waimeri, of P.O. Box 53, Gitugi in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waimeri Gathuri alias Waimiri Gathuri, who died at Gitugi Sub-location, on 25th March, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
