TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2021 By (1) Rachel Wanjiru Macharia and (2) Stephen Thiga Kamau, both of P.O. Box 60442-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kamau Thiga, who died at Nairobi South Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wambui Kingoi and (2) Daniel Mbugua Kingoi, both of P.O. Box 23528-00625, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kingoi Muchai, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 30th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
