TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E75 OF 2021 • By (1) Maurice omondi Akumu and (2) Michael Ondong Agunda, the deceased's son and administrator, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Akumu Omwandho, who died at Ogwedhi Sub-location, on 5th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2021 By Charles Odhiambo Ndere, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ndere Angiewa alias Samson Ndere, who died on 22nd August, 2005. CAUSE No. E101 OF 2021 By Joseph Odero Oracho, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oracho Nyangwecha, who died on 1st May, 1990. CAUSE No. E102 OF 2021 By Walter Ogiro Aluar, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekia Aluar Majiwa, who died on 20th October, 1995. CAUSE No. E104 OF 2021 By (1) John Mwita Kemori and (2) Mary Mwita Mariba, both of P.O. Box 420, Masaba in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariba Kemori, who died at Nyamagana Sub-location, on 1st January, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
