TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 73 OF 2021 By Esther Wangui Waweru, of P.O. Box 80, 01 Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Waweru Mbara, who died at Gathanji, on 6th February, 2013. CAUSE No. 79 OF 2021 By Veronica Nyokabi Giwa, of P.O. Box 1144, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Gathegu Ngui Wa alias Catherine Gathegu Ngiuwa, who died at Mbuyu Location, on 4th February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
