TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E433 OF 2021 By (1) Lucy Wanjiru Wambui Maingi and (2) Mary Wamoro Maingi, both of P.O. Box 81-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Mutura Ngugi, who died at Eastmore, on 1st November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
