TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.. 6 OF 2021 By Mahmud Amirali Visram, of P.O. Box 2-80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of Visram Kassamali Magan, who died at Mombasa, on 9th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2021 By Patrick Fred Okondo, of P.O. Box 1100-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Nabwire Mudibo, who died at Mews Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2017. CAUSE No. E94 OF 2021 By (1) Ahmed Bakari Ahmed and (2) Esha Bakari Ahmed, both of P.O. Box 41860-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bakari Ahmed Bakari. who lied at Kisauni, on 27th May, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
